This time sales negotiator Emma was part of the Colemans team and her input was really appreciated. Once our property had been valued Emma visited us to view the house for herself, to enable her to speak with knowledge and confidence about the property she was selling. This was so important as she was able to clearly match potential buyers to our property and give an honest detailed account of the property. It has been noted when we have viewed potential houses with an accompanying estate agent that some do not have any prior knowledge whatsoever of the properties, sometimes viewing for the first time with potential buyer!
