Listed below are items which we require from prospective tenants to help us with our company procedure of new tenant referencing.

Copies of the documentation listed will be kept on our property files and will remain strictly confidential for the use of Coleman Quality Lettings only and shall not be passed onto any other individuals or organisations.

Tenant Insurance

It is compulsory for tenants to take out appropriate insurance and we can arrange this for you.

Tenant Fee's

There is an administration charge for drawing up the tenancy agreement and for credit checks.

Tenant Deposit

Deposits are equal to six weeks rent and is held under NALS arbitration Tenants Deposit scheme.

Your property will be inspected at check in and there will be an inventory taken.
