We are looking for the right person to join our friendly, professional and successful team.
Your role will mainly involve managing customer relations and organising repairs/maintenance for our managed property portfolio, as well as ensuring all properties are legally compliant.
– Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to organise repairs and maintenance as required for managed property portfolio
– Raising works orders for contractors and processing invoices to landlords
– Organising & maintaining monthly Gas Certificates
– Sending out inspection reports to landlord and action as necessary
– End of tenancy deposit allocation and disputes
– Organising other legal requirements including EPCs, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms etc
– Breach of tenancy complaints
– Insurance claims where required
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the property industry and will also have:
– A friendly, helpful and professional manner
– A high level and proven track record of customer service
– Experience within the property industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– High standard of organisation and ability to prioritise and multi-task
– Naturally positive pragmatic approach
– Diligence and understanding of confidentiality/data protection
– A high level of written and verbal communication skills
– Computer literacy skills
– ARLA membership and/or NFOPP qualification would be advantageous
– Competitive salary
– Working hours will be 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
– 1 Saturday per month will be required, 10.00am to 3.00pm, organised by way of monthly rota
– Annual leave is 28 days per annum including bank holidays
