Specific tasks will include:

– New tenancy applications including credit checks/referencing and guarantors as required

– Preparing tenancy agreements and contract addendums

– Organise diary including check-in and check-out inventories and key handovers

– Marketing of properties including management of To Let boards and window cards

– Legal requirements including EPCs, Gas Certs, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms etc

– Landlord and tenant insurance referrals

– Register deposits and maintain online records

– Tenancy renewals and lease manager on lettings software

– Scheduling inspections and sending reports to landlords

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the property industry and will also have:

– A friendly, helpful and professional manner

– A high level and proven track record of customer service

– Experience within the property industry

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– High standard of organisation and ability to prioritise and multi-task

– Naturally positive pragmatic approach

– Diligence and understanding of confidentiality/data protection

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– ARLA membership and/or NFOPP qualification would be advantageous

Job Type:

Full-time

Working hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 1 Saturday per month will be required, 10.00am to 3.00pm, organised by way of monthly rota.
