We are looking for an experienced and professional sales negotiator with a passion for property, estate agency and a commitment to the highest levels of customer service.
– At least 2 years of industry experience.
– A high standard of written and verbal English.
– A high standard of presentation.
– Excellent negotiation skills.
– In-depth knowledge of sales progression, liaising with solicitors and estate agents in chains.
– Own car and full driving license.
– Dedication to the highest levels of customer service.
– Proven track record of sales.
– The ability to use initiative and be self motivated.
– High standard of computer literacy.
– An industry qualification would be preferred but is not considered essential.

– A competitive package comprised of a strong basic salary, commission and target driven bonuses.
– 40 hours per week. 1 Saturday per month.
