At Coleman Estates, we pride ourselves on how hard our teams work to offer the best service possible, and this year has been one of great success for both our Sales and Lettings Departments. With the end of the year drawing to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to reflect on what we have accomplished over the last 12 months, and give thanks to those who are dedicated to helping us achieve bigger and better things.
2019 has officially been the best year in trading so far for our Sales Department, with a total of over £38million worth of sales agreed this year. This is all thanks to the excellent service provided by our sales team, whose hard work has us remaining the best-reviewed estate agent in Telford, as well as awarded ‘Highly Rated’ in the Best Estate Agent Guide.
This success also saw us expanding our sales team, welcoming 2 new members of staff. We can now offer our clients the services of 3 expert negotiators, and with their expertise and exceptional customer care, we’re certain that next year will be even greater.
While we ranked first on Rightmove & Zoopla for Lets Agreed in Telford for 2019, our Lettings Department was also rated ‘Exceptional’ by the Best Estate Agent Guide for the second year running. Not only that, but we have also been selected as one of the top 3 for Best Letting Agent in Telford by British Property Awards. All of these honours are down to the continued efforts of our lettings team who go above and beyond for our clients.
Their exceptional efforts were also noted earlier in the year when we became one of the approved letting agents for The Haybridge apartments in Hadley, Telford. Our team outshone the other appointed agent by letting 52 of the 61 apartments available, which is an incredible feat and testament to the brilliant services they provide.
This year, we also took part in various local events to help support our community. Back in June, we sponsored the Wellington Midsummer Fayre, and although the weather was a little wet, it didn’t dampen our spirits. Our team had a great day out interacting with the locals while offering up some exciting competitions and goodies.
We also sponsored a seat in Wellington’s new cinema, the Wellington Orbit. It took over 30 years of planning and a lot of hard work from thousands of volunteers, but the town finally has its own cinema again. This is an exciting new endeavour for the community, and we’re proud to have been able to play a small role in bringing it to life!
We fully realise that our own success would be nothing without the customers who put their faith in our team members. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our buyers and sellers for trusting us with your properties, and our landlords and tenants for their continued support.
