The Role

Coleman Estates is a leading independent estate and letting agency based in Wellington, Shropshire.

We are looking for someone who is well presented, with a consistently professional demeanour to join us as a Property Lettings Negotiator.

According to Rightmove statistics, Coleman Estates has been the top property letting agent in Telford for the past two years. The Responsibilities 

– Manage lettings leads from all sources including property portals and our own website.

– Arranging and accompanying viewings.

– Marketing new listings to include property descriptions & photographs.

– Negotiation & landlord liaison to include viewing feedback, reductions & Rightmove reports.

– Social media management for lettings.

– Applicant matching and management.

Skills Required

– A confident, courteous and professional manner.

– A high level and proven sales track record.

– Experience within the property industry.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– High standard of organisation and ability to prioritise and multi-task.

– Able to act with discretion when dealing with confidential matters.

– Self-motivated and proactive.

– Exceptional attention to detail with good level of written English (grammar/spelling).

– Naturally positive and pragmatic approach.

– A great team player.

– Diligence and understanding of confidentiality/data protection.

– Good computer literacy skills (Word/Excel etc).

– ARLA membership and/or NFOPP qualification would be advantageous.

Remuneration

£18,000 – £20,000 pa (dependant on experience), plus commission with OTE of £24,000 – £28,000 pa.

Working Hours 

9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

A minimum of one Saturday per month will be required from 10.00am – 3.00pm, organised by way of the monthly rota.
