We are proud to offer our easy to use pre-tenancy portal which enables you to complete your tenancy application online – complete with photographs or file uploads of your documentation! We appreciate that moving is a busy time so our portal means that you can access your application at any time, even when the office is closed, and do not need to fit in travel or filling in paper forms.
Once you do move in, you can rest assured that your property is legally compliant so you and your family are in safe hands. Your comprehensive photographic inventory will be completed before you move into the property and for properties managed by us, our inspection reports are also photographic and signed by you, ensuring we have a full schedule of condition throughout your tenancy. For most tenancies, we undertake two inspections per year to make sure you enjoy your right to a peaceful tenancy.
