This year has seen Coleman Estates achieve one success after another, and October has been no different. Earlier last month, the Best Estate Agent Guide released their results for 2018 at an exclusive awards ceremony, and we are thrilled to announce that Coleman Estates have been rated among the top estate agents in the country.

One of our main priorities as a letting agency is to ensure that all of our clients receive the quality service that sets us apart from the rest, and we are honoured to have had these efforts recognised, with our lettings department being rated Exceptional. Since receiving a Highly Rated award in sales last year, our team have also been striving to improve our sales services, and these efforts have also paid off, with our sales department now being rated as Excellent.

Only 19 other estate agents from the whole of the West Midlands were also awarded both Exceptional and Excellent, and these awards now mean that Coleman Estates is officially ranked among the top 1% of estate agents in the country. We are also proud that we are the only agent to achieve this double award within the Telford area, making us Telford’s top rated estate agent.

This is also evident in our figures, and over the past 6 months, we have seen a 47% increase in sales and a 113% increase in instructions compared to the previous 6 months. We also had an optimal October, as not only did we sell more properties than any other branch in the Telford area, but we also produced over £5 million worth in sales agreed. These are the best figures that we have achieved to date.

We are truly thrilled to have been awarded these honours, and would like to express our gratitude towards our amazing team. Without their hard work and continued dedication, we would not have been able to achieve the same level of success that we have seen this year. We will now put our efforts into ensuring that next year both our lettings and sales departments achieve Exceptional, which is the very least that our valued customers deserve.
