2018 has been an exciting year for all of us here at Coleman Estates, and with December upon us, this is the perfect time to reflect on everything that has happened. This year has greeted us with continued success, exceeding our expectations in every way possible. To say that we are proud of what our team has achieved would be an understatement.
This year, we achieved some of the highest figures to date with astounding results, regardless of the current state of the property market. In a year when the rest of the nation saw a total 2.7% decrease in sales, here at Coleman Estates, our instruction for sales saw an exponential increase of 118%. We are also delighted to see that our sales not only increased by 64%, but these sales were actually agreed 38% quicker than last year thanks to the dedicated efforts of our team. We were able to thrive in adversity, and against all odds, we had our best year to date.
And the good news continued right through to October, when the Best Estate Agent Guide officially rated us among the top 1% of estate agents in the country for 2018. Not only was our sales department rated as Excellent, but our lettings department was also rated as Exceptional. This was an especially great achievement, given that only 19 other agents in the West Midlands received these awards, and we were the only agent in Telford to receive a double award. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our sales and lettings team for their exceptionally excellent efforts throughout the course of this year. It’s such a huge achievement, and we wouldn’t be Telford’s top rated estate agent without them!
Finally, none of this would have been possible without the trust that our customers place in our team, and we would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
