While we all continue to manage the effects of COVID-19, we want to reassure you that Coleman Estates are still open and following the latest guidelines from the UK government. It goes without saying our client’s wellbeing and that of our team continue to be our highest priority and as always we will be thoroughly cleaning our office space and taking the following provisions:

– Ensure that all visits to the office are arranged via appointment only.

– No shaking hands when meeting customers (we know you will understand why).

– The team will continue to wash their hands regularly, including using antibacterial hand gels when on appointments.

Should anyone have any concerns regarding property viewings or any aspect of our sales and lettings service please do get in touch to discuss the provisions we have in place. Please be rest assured that our award-winning service will not be affected by this and we will be here for you whether it be from the office or remotely.
