We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our amazing Sales Team.

We are a leading independent estate and letting agent based in Wellington, Telford and having grown our market share rapidly over the last 12 months, we are looking to grow our sales team to maintain our excellent reputation within the local area. Whilst we are continually ranked as one of the top selling agents, our focus is on customer care, service and repeat business rather than just targets and numbers. We have a strong sense of loyalty and dedication to our customers, this is reflected in our recent awards and current ranking as Telford’s best reviewed estate agent.

 

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the property industry and will also have:

– Excellent standard of personal presentation

– A friendly, helpful and professional manner

– Experience within the property industry

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– High standard of organisation

– A high level and proven track record of customer service

– Naturally positive pragmatic approach

– A high level of written and verbal communication skills

– Computer literacy skills

 

Specific Tasks Will Include:

– New listings

– Board management

– Organising photography, EPC and floor plans

– Window cards and filing

– Dealing with new enquiries in person, by telephone and online

– Preparation of memorandum of sales, associated paperwork

– Assisting with sales progression

– Managing survey access

– Preparing Rightmove reports on a weekly basis

– Rightmove premium listings, web presence etc

– Preparing valuation packs

– Registering applicants

– Preparation of invoices, key management etc

– Organisation of testimonials and referrals

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 3.00pm on Saturdays. The rota will include one Saturday every 3 weeks.
