Coleman Estates is a leading independent estate and letting agency based in Wellington, Shropshire.
We are looking for a high quality candidate to join our award winning team as a Lettings Supervisor. The ideal person will have a professional yet approachable demeanour, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team whilst using initiative to use their own autonomy. Relevant experience will be necessary, such as a previous senior role within the lettings industry, ideally within Property Management or as a Lettings Manager.

– Overseeing smooth operation of lettings and managed property portfolio
– Provide daily support to the lettings team and help address any queries or issues
– Manage client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
– Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to organise repairs and maintenance
– Raise works orders to contractors and process invoices to landlords
– End of tenancy deposit allocation and disputes
– Project manage property refurbishments
– Deal with complaints such as breach of tenancy
– Raise notices and court paperwork where required
– Oversee insurance claims where required
– A confident, courteous and professional manner
– 2 years minimum experience within the property industry in a senior role
– Ability to lead a team whilst also being a great team player
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– High standard of organisation and ability to prioritise and multi-task
– Able to act with discretion when dealing with confidential matters
– Self-motivated and proactive
– Exceptional attention to detail with good level of written English (grammar/spelling)
– Naturally positive and pragmatic approach
– Diligence and understanding of confidentiality/data protection
– Good computer literacy skills (Word/Excel etc.)
– ARLA membership and/or NFOPP qualification would be advantageous
£25,000 – £30,000 pa (dependent on experience) plus KPI based bonus structure
9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. A minimum of one Saturday per month will be required from 10.00am – 3.00pm, organised by way of monthly rota.
