In line with the latest government advice, as Estate Agents are not classed as an ‘essential service’, we have made the decision to close our office at 5.30pm today. Our excellent customer service will remain in place with our wonderful sales and lettings team providing a friendly, informative and professional service from the safety of their homes between 9.00am – 5.30pm. You can get in touch with us during this time via phone or email, but we would suggest contacting us via email in the first instance.

Sales
– All viewing and valuations have been suspended
– Existing transactions will continue to be progressed
– Key pick up/ drop-offs can be arranged

Lettings
– All viewings, inspections and evaluations have been suspended
– Rent is payable as normal and will be processed as normal
– For emergency maintenance issues email Susannah/Chloe or call the 24/7 repair – 0800 047 1235 (This number is for emergencies only, please, and for things such as central heating breaking down, electrical problems and leaks. This number is only to be rung out of office hours and where the landlord does not have an alternative cover, such as British Gas, otherwise, tenants are liable for a call-out.)
Please bear in mind that emergency maintenance issues will take priority over non-emergency works.
